A total of 1,000 rice fields spread out in steps on the steep slope facing the Sea of Japan. You can learn the wisdom of the people of Noto who live by making the best use of the local environment. You can enjoy this area in any season. For example, in Spring the waters of the flooded rice paddies reflect their surroundings like a mirror, and in Summer there is a beautiful contrast between the green rice swaying in the wind, the blue sky and the sea.
