An observation room 125m above the ground, on the 31st floor of the Toki Messe building. Boasting one of the highest views of the Sea of Japan, you can enjoy a vast, 360-degree panoramic view of not only Niigata City, but also the Sea of Japan, the island of Sado and the Gozu mountain range.
